Need to Cancel?

  • Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made after 72 hours will be refunded 50% of booking rate.
  • Check your original email for a link to cancel your booking.

Rules of Conduct

  • no smash cakes
  • no open flame
  • no sale (or donation request) for alcohol regardless if the event is public or private
  • no alcohol may be given away for retail events
  • no alcohol in the courtyard, period.
  • no smoking
  • no chafing dishes or cooking
  • all boxes broken down and trash disposed of
  • no pets
  • must exit the space no later than 10pm, billed $200 an hour for every hour after
  • do not secure the door bar open after 6pm
